Let TPHA Help You with Your Publication Needs!
Want to impress your boss and co-workers? Use the TPHA publication resources available to public health professionals in Texas! The volunteer TPHA journal team strives to provide our TPHA members with a quality, quarterly peer-reviewed journal. The journal is a benefit of TPHA membership. Although our entire journal team and reviewers donate their time, publication costs are a substantial portion of the TPHA budget. To offset these costs, we hope you will consider using our publication resources for your programs and projects and spread the word to public health related businesses. - Advertise with us! Our rates are very competitive and our journal is not only sent to our members, but also several libraries and other subscribers.
- Talk to our TPHJ Editor and executive director about a focused issue of our journal where you can work with our team to publish results from projects and programs that you need to share with stakeholders, legislators and other groups you wish to reach. The cost is only $2000 for 200 copies. Your group will co-edit the journal issue with the help of our team and the result will be a professionally typeset issue that will feature YOUR program’s work. We can even work with our publisher to have the copies mailed for you, for an additional fee, if you provide a mailing list.
- Want even more exposure for your program or project? Consider a supplemental issue of the journal. An entire issue that is devoted to your program or project that will be distributed to TPHA members and subscribers and those on your list. Costs are based on number of pages and the number of issues you wish to have printed and mailed.
